Shipping Policy

At DiAsh, we strive to provide fast and reliable shipping services to our customers. Please review the following shipping policy to understand how your orders will be processed and delivered.

Order Processing:

  • All orders are shipped by reputable transport/courier agencies.
  • Please ensure to provide a complete and accurate address, including the pin code/zip code, to ensure prompt delivery.
  • Deliveries will be made on business days only.
  • Orders are typically shipped from our warehouse in Kolhapur, Maharashtra within 48 hours upon payment verification, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Time:

  • Delivery typically takes 4-5 business days on average, excluding the time required for payment verification and administrative processes.

Delivery Process:

  • The customer or addressee (anyone residing at the delivery address) will be required to sign for the package upon delivery.
  • If no one is available to receive the package at the designated address, the courier company will attempt re-delivery up to two more times.
  • You will be contacted by the courier company to schedule a suitable time for re-delivery.

Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, we will send a detailed email with the name of the courier company and tracking number.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the courier company for the status of the order. However, we are available to assist you with the exact status and location of your order.

Address Changes:

  • If you need to change the postal address after placing your order, please email us at support@diash.in. While we cannot guarantee that the request will be accommodated, we will make every effort to assist you.

Delayed Shipping:

  • In the event of a delay in shipping due to an item being out of stock or any other unusual circumstances, we will notify you promptly via email.

International Shipping:

  • For shipping to countries outside India, please email us at support@diash.in with the SKU IDs of the products you wish to order, along with your address and contact details. We will provide you with payment and shipment information accordingly.
